Directions

Take this medication according to instructions directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Determine a proper dose and intake schedule with a health care practitioner trained in treatment with herbal supplements. Generally, the recommended dosage is 2 tablets taken twice per day after meals.

Signs of overdose haven’t been identified. Look for emergency medical attention right away if you suspect overdose or suffer from any side effects not mentioned here.

Storage

Store this product in a dry tight container away from sources of sunlight, heat and moisture at room temperature between 15-25 C (or 59-77 F). Do not store it in the bathroom. Keep this product out of the reach of children and pets.

This medication has following extracts (per capsule): Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna), Guggul (Commiphora wightii), Ashvagandha (Withania Somnifera), Country mallow / Bala / (Sida cordifolia), Rasna (Vanda roxburghii), Godanti Bhasma (Natural Calcium), Kukkutandatvak bhasma / Hen's Egg Shell Calx, (Kukkutandatvak bhasma is a potent natural source of calcium, relieves bone and joint pains, and reduces inflammation.)
