Galvumet es una medicina combinada que contiene dos componentes activos 50 mg. de vildagliptin y 1000 mg. de metformin. Este producto farmacéutico se indica como un adjunto para hacer dieta y ejercicios para mejorar el control de glycaemic de pacientes cuya diabetes no suficientemente se controla en el hidrocloruro metformin solo o quienes se tratan ya con la combinación de vildagliptin e hidrocloruro metformin, como pastillas separadas.
